Coming up December 11: Holiday Gifts & Entertaining
LOVED today’s class! (As usual, lots of creative, delicious ideas! Always gets me motivated for cooking!) Hit Wegman’s on the way home and stocked up for cooking! I’ll experiment on my family with probably all of the recipes, before Thanksgiving and decide which ones to bring over to Mom’s.
I’ve had a couple of acorn squashes sitting on the counter for a while, trying to figure out what to do with them – they now have a purpose! I LOVED THE BUTTERCUP SQUASH SOUP SOOO MUCH!!! I’m going to try and substitute the acorn squash for the buttercup and hopefully it will be just as delicious – I’ll let you know soon, making it for dinner tonight!

Always enjoy meeting the interesting variety of people that come to your classes, and today was by far, the most interesting!
