  1. thanks for hosting such an inspirational class. Really enjoyed how you demonstrated simplistic options for vegan cooking & dining; and especially the recipes! Looking forward to your next class.

  2. thank you for hosting lindsey and I along with the others, mimi. quick stop to wf to grab some cheese puffs for my flight home to SF which I am on right now. I loved the tidbits and new ideas and surprising facts. big fan of sliders but could never find them vegetarian so looking forward to slider night at home in the bay area. and I must say the class was much more “comforting” than my travel plans en route now. see you next time our calendars synch in dc.

  3. Thanks for such a wonderful class Mimi! The information you shared about vegan products currently on the market and those scheduled to hit the market in upcoming months was really impressive. I always find it frustrating trying to find certain vegan products. I love that you know which stores carry which vegan products. With such great guidance I was able to drive directly from your class to the right supermarket to get exactly what I needed to make your dish. Your recipes were amazing as well. Loved the mac & cheese! See you in March!

  4. Thanks for a tasty class, as well as all the samples (and even the frozen veggies to make stock!). Looking forward to making some of these recipes soon.
