  1. Mimi,

Brendan and I really enjoyed your class today. The recipes were delicious. It was hard to believe that the cheesecake did not have dairy or eggs. You know something is good when a 17 year old young man says this food is awesome.

I look forward to next month’s class on soups and stews. Jody

  2. Mimi,
Your class was so worth the trip. Now I’ve got some great recipes and ideas for holiday gift giving. Loved your demos of dressing up empty cans and jars as neat containers for food gifts. The peanutbutter cups I plan on making will impress everyone, for sure 🙂 Dale

  3. Hi Mimi, We made cashew nut brittle and it was great. I used brown rice syrup because I couldn’t find regular rice and it was delicious. Thanks for the recipe. Jody

  4. The Soups & Stews class was fun and informative – my first experience attending a class with Mimi Clark. I plan to attend many more. Mimi has a wealth of nutrition knowledge that she imparts along with the cooking demos. She also informs on where to buy the ingredients that she uses. The class is jam-packed full of information!

I can’t wait to try to Cassoulet recipe!

  5. Wonderful class & instructor! Mimi is also very accomodaing with food allergies, likes, & dislikes in addition to vegetarian/vegan cooking.

  6. I attended the Brunch cooking class and had such a great time. Not only was the food good but the class was very entertaining and educational! I certainly will be returning to attend more classes – I love to cook and taste new foods so it was a WIN-WIN!! Thanks Mimi.
