  1. This is is probably on of the best classes to get you ready for the summer. Mimi makes an effort to have all of the known and even lesser known Faux Meat burgers, sausages, riblets, and hotdogs for you to try. It is a great way to prepare yourself for summer outtings with friends and introduce them to delicious and healthy fare. The salads “part” has included pasta salad with faux feta and dressings that are made from scratch. I encourage people to take the class.

  2. Normally when I hear the word “salad,” I am not very excited. But after this class, I am thrilled. These “salads” were not lettuce salads – they were hearty, satisfying, and delicious. I am looking forward to wowing my husband and friends with these recipes.

I love going to these classes. I learn new things every time. Besides being very informative, Mimi is also funny. I’m looking forward to the next class on breakfast and brunch.
