  1. Hi Mimi, I feel so lucky to have discovered your classes. Yesterday was informative and FUN! The recipes were all delicious—especially the soup. While I am not a sweet fanatic myself, the chocolate mouse was amazing and I have a house full of boys who will absolutely love it! I will definitely sign up for other classes in the future.

  2. I really enjoyed the Comfort Foods class. The soup was amazing as was the pizza. Great practical cooking and kitchen tips as well!

  3. Thanks Mimi for another great class. This is my 5th one. The food is always tasty and I leave with lots of information so I can cook healthy recipes at home. I have tried ‘meat’ loaf recipes that we end up eating like pate because they do not hold together. After your demonstration I can hardly wait to try this recipe. My husband says thank you.

  4. The Comfort Foods class was a hands-down winner for me. This was my third class with Mimi and I’ve tried nearly all the recipes at home with great results. The meatless loaf was scrumptious (husband loved it and keeps requesting it), especially with the sweet potato fries. I also made the whipped sweet potatoes with ginger and they were delicious. I’ve made the chicken-free noodle soup several times and it’s been comforting on rainy spring days. Lastly, the chocolate pudding was a hit – our older daughter loved it and I think I’ll try it as a pie filling. I’m looking forward to trying the pizza and mac n’ cheese!
