  1. I took Mimi’s class today and couldn’t wait to get home to post about it on my facebook account. The class was very informative and the food was delicious! I’ll be back for more…well worth the price! Thank you Mimi!!

  2. Great class!! I’m excited to make some of these recipes for upcoming potlucks and summer bbqs. I second what Tuula said about the price! Not only is the class great, but you get tons of coupons, free samples and food to try!

  3. The day of the class, I went home and made the Mediterranean Pasta Salad w/ Soy Feta Cheese and the Sesame Noodle Salad. Both were a hit with the family. I found the rice wrappers at MOM’s that afternoon, but have not tried them too—such a scaredy cat! No, I just really need some quiet time to experiment with them. Can’t wait to attend the next class in August!!
