  1. I am really excited for this class! Mimi does a great job on “converting” classics as well as offering some great meat-free alternatives for those countless amounts of BBQs and Picnics that we find ourselves at over the summer! Definitely not one to be missed!

  2. Hi Mimi! This was a great class – thank you so much for inviting all of us into into your home and showing us the healthy way to cook! I have only taken two classes but I feel I have learned quite a bit! I’m excited to try all the new recipes. Looking forward to the class on breakfast and brunch!

Excellent class, Mimi. I’ve taken three classes now (Soy 101, International, and Salads) … and I think this one was my favorite thus far. The new soy feta and blue cheeses you shared — in the mediteranian salad and the blue cheese mayo — were a revelation! I cant wait to go shopping with some of the big-money coupons you gave us, get chopping, and invite all my friends over for a summer feast!

  4. love the class learned a lot met knew vegan minded people
