  1. I’m 12 years old, and I took my Dad to Mimi’s Comfort Foods class. I learned new recipes of old favorites, and I learned about how to make substitutions of certain ingredients. We tasted the delicious dishes Mimi made. They were fantastic! Next time I’m bringing my Mom with me.

  2. This was one of my favorite classes that included many great recipes using vegan and healthy ingredients. The recipes were easy and fast to prepare. I was so impressed with the “Mac & Cheese” which was flavorful and yummy. It was the best “Mac & Cheese” that I have ever tried. The “Meatless Sliders” reminded me of falafel. They had the the crispy outside and soft inside. The Chicken-Free Noodle Soup is especially comforting in winter!
