  1. This was the first class of Mimi’s that I have taken, but I hope to take more. Mimi proved to be a very informative instructor, the food was delicious, and the take home materials/coupons/samples were a nice bonus. Not yet a vegetarian, but on my way since realizing the possibilities thanks to Mimi.

  2. I learned so many great recipes from this class including Falafel & Lemon Tahini Sauce, Sushi, Penne Pasta with Tofu Ricotta Cheese, Hunan-Style Orange Beef & Broccoli, and Chana Masala. They all tasted great and I liked all of them. However, I was really impressed with “Penne Pasta with Tofu Ricotta Cheese”. It was very moist, soft, and yummy. All of Mimi’s the recipes are very easy to follow.
