  1. Delicious. Mimi provides many helpful do’s and don’ts.

    • I am looking forward to making the blueberry muffins. And my mother said I have to make the omelet when I visit July 4 holiday weekend.

  2. Please let us know who it turns out, Susan!!

My wife & I attended the Breakfast & Brunch class on June 12th 2016. This was a bday present from my wife, as I am a rookie vegan and need help expanding my menu options. The assortment of recipes and food samples were amazing and delicious. I am glad I didn’t have breakfast as the food just kept coming and boy was it yummy. At the break we got to sample some amazing cheese spreads (from Miyoko’s Kitchen). Mimi has a lot of energy and the class is very engaging. She provided us with a nice folder that included all the recipes from the class, vendors she recommends, lots of coupons. She walked us through many recipes from scrambled “eggs” to blueberry muffins. I can’t wait to take the next class and try out all my new recipes. Thx Mimi

  4. My second class and the knowledge just continues … I really appreciate not only the recipes we received and get to try but all of the do’s and don’ts. I am anxious to get baking and test my ability. The Polenta Fries were my favorite but everything was delicious!! Thank you 🙂

  5. For this class I was extremely excited to see how you were going to make an omelet without egg! This amazed me when i saw you do it! Everything that I tasted in this class was loaded with flavors galore and I really enjoyed the new breakfast ideas! Thanks to you I can now start my day with a flavorful and nutritious meal!

  6. This is by far my favorite class. We had an opportunity to try “traditional” favorites such as a variety of vegan bacon alternatives, a homemade vegan omelette bursting with flavor, and the Vegan Egg from Follow Your Heart which was fluffy and tasty. It was also wonderful to try the favorites of granola and cereals that were present. From the Nature’s Path Qi’a, to the local Michelle’s Granola, (especially her new Toasted Muesli, SCRUMPTIOUS!), and the overnight oatmeal, it gives me new delicious and nutritious options for breakfast.

  7. I loved Mimi’s Breakfast and Brunch class 6/12/16! The format was fun, like being on a live cooking show. Mimi prepared all the food so we could see how it was done, then her assistant brought out samples of everything already cooked. It was all delicious! I loved the granola. I especially liked the hash browns and the egg-less casserole. Thank you Mimi!

  8. These classes are so easy to follow and all of the food is awesome, the deviled eggs well what can I say but they are spectacular.
