I just took my first vegan cooking class with Mimi (Sushi & Sea Vegetables). It was fantastic! Mimi is a great teacher. She has a wealth of information and made the class interesting. The dishes she made tasted great also. I intend to take more of her classes and encourage anyone who wants a change from the unhealthy food that most of us are use to eating, to take her classes too. Vegan food tastes great and Mimi is a great teacher.
